    Marcelo Garcia also known as ‘Marcelinho’, is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Master Fabio Gurgel, who competes for the Alliance BJJ academy. Having won 5 world jiu jitsu tournaments and 4 times the ADCC (two of the most important tournaments in jiu jitsu), Garcia is widely considered one of the best grapplers in the world, while his general demeanor made him one of the most beloved athletes by the BJJ community. Marcelo Garcia has also been featured in BJJHeroes top 10 Best Grapplers of All Time list.
    Marcelo Garcia is an internationally renowned teacher and competitor of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling. He has won the World Championships at all belt levels (blue, purple, brown, and 5 times as a black belt), and the Submission Grappling World Championships (ADCC) four times (2003, 2005, 2007, 2011)
    Marcelo is also a foremost expert in teaching BJJ. With his innovative and battle-tested repertoire, careful attention to detail, love for Jiu-Jitsu, humor, and friendly personality, he is one of the most sought after instructors in the world.     Leonardo Santos is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt from the Nova Uniao team, being one of the most important fighters for BJJ in the early 2000s.     That opponent is too passive and just holding back and keeps running away from marcelo afraid of being caught in guillotine or something

      Agreed. The amount of running, disengaging, and stalling was unacceptable in that match.

      Thats leo Santos. He was fighting passive in the beginning as ADCC scores no points in the first quarter. All in all Id say he fought pretty not surprised as they are both phenomena grapplers, albeit from different generations.
