Yeah, there's something I love about level one: you and only other sane man, armed with old farm equipment, stalking dismal zombie-infested corridors, pretending to be zombies yourselves to try to blend in. The soundtrack couldn't be any more perfect.
@@AlephNeil And then you go down one level and stumble into a pile of gear in the barracks. Handed that boy a spear and his concerns about not fighting so good went away awful quick.
I love this. It makes you feel so lost and confused, you keep going in circles over and over and over again and you can't seem to find a way out until it becomes nauseating. That buzz in the background is like perfect nausea sound, everything is spinning and tripping and you're this close to throwing up.
The ost is absolutely brilliant and it fits so well to the ambience of the game, when adventuring through the dungeon it fills you with confusion, after several hours playing this game this song got stuck in my head giving you the feel that you were walking in circles this whole time
yeah its like mental insanity in a track.... the anxiety and looping mechanical buzz saw in the back with the violin (i think thats the instrument) just grinding loop. its like a fever dream of never ending chasms and halls in the maze. such an amazing piece.
Definitely one of the more unique games ive played. The atmosphere and world the game creates with its soundtrack and environmental story telling is phenomenal. That being said, one of the hardest learning curves for a game ive played.
The story feels like it’s this lost, wandering traveller propelled into a deep, dark underworld riddled with undead; lost souls damned to forever amble aimlessly in sorrow. The environment just oozes dread and it’s storytelling is phenomenal. It really gets you thinking “What ever happened to this place; to these people?”
@@Nen_niN I keep playing and I swear.. I know this will be a complete game sooner than later.. I also play Tarkov so it’s incredible to see the small bugs people thought never would get fixed and slowly get fixed to make the game feel so much better than 2 years ago..
"I'm fucking lost, and scared" the soundtrack.
Played Exanima for first time today, I just can't get this sound out of my head now.

The fact zombies are just. Neutral
Like, that’s something I’m not prepared for. And I think it’s pretty awesome
One of the best atmospheric tracks I've ever heard
This game should be a lot more famous
This song made the first 2 levels of exanima one of the most immersive experiences I've had with a video game.
This is the best atmospheric track ever and it fits perfectly for this universe.

This theme fits the game perfectly
The 2 dislikes are from the necromancer and Sir
Deconstructing humanity
Thank you (:
Such a dark track - I love it!
Look at that, you even furnished and decorated the room.
I'm nostalgic at this point
Have I been in this room? I think I might have. Just to be sure though.
I hope exanima will be finished.
I'm more looking forward to the open world game they're working on using this engine, Sui Generis.

This game would be smashing if multiplayer
I hate the sound at 0:57, it always makes me think there's some armoured enemy running up to me.
Watch out for the sledgehammer zombie on level 1, post-checkpoint ..they're slow, but not to be underestimated. Sledgehammer goes hard
круто придумал возьму у тебя на вооружение🤔
Did you put that corpse or you found it in that room? Where is that room, anyway?
I put it there myself, it's at the end of the 3rd level close to the portal.
how did you manage to drag it? everytime I try to drag a body it seems partially stuck on the floor :o
@@pierrotlasticot5848 You need to jiggle it a bit to keep it moving.
what is the instrument that plays throughout this soundtrack? sounds like some sort of incredibly out of tune violin
