Over the years we had two named storm BRET passing close to TRINIDAD....I would never forget the first BRET..I was in the east by a relative when the tail end of the storm pass..up to this day the sound of those winds never left me... 😊

Even the grass in my property has turned completely yellow (I do not irrigate, it is native grass it greens up fast after a rain). This region is experiencing an abnormally dry, dusty and very hot weather period. The generalized rain will be very welcome, a blessing. Maybe the weather lore here might be right once again. “Heat and drought, hurricanes and storms…” (a rough translation from Spanish). Have a wonderful day!!!

We seem to be looking at a busy season this year. I think it’s starting earlier and ending later. I am always scared of something hitting my area. Though, I can’t do anything about it. South Florida is in the way of many storms. Nobody usually can tell where a storm will go until 5 to 2 days in. I’m thinking eventually we will know sooner as technology changes. I still stay on top of it. A long time ago we had 3 hurricanes, I think. You are great and tell it as it is. 🌀💨🌊🌀💨🌊
Thank you for taking care of us, like I said from past comments I made from the last couple of videos, it will very amazing if it stayed weak and give some rain here in the DR (even though it was pretty cloudy yesterday, which was good, but no rain where I live), but everybody, keep a close eye on it. Like Brian said, depending how fast the wind shear can knock out this system, you could get some wind and a hurricane is not out of the picture. So, stay safe everybody and have a good rest of your day.
The crazy thing is that the hurricane center just raised the chances of it forming to a 100%, but they also raised the tropical wave behind it to 40% chance of it forming in the next 7 days.
Just got in from hanging out laundry. Hot and humid in south Trinidad. Really enjoying watching the progress of these systems and at the same time hoping everyone stays safe.

The pro reporters identify systems as possible storms, yes we know what the names would be 10 years out. We can expect with some reliability which will be named. Still a high probability that Cindy, when she develops, is not the system currently on the map.

Thank you for taking care of us, like I said from past comments I made from the last couple of videos, it will very amazing if it stayed weak and give some rain here in the DR (even though it was pretty cloudy yesterday, which was good, but no rain where I live), but everybody, keep a close eye on it. Like Brian said, depending how fast the wind shear can knock out this system, you could get some wind and a hurricane is not out of the picture. So, stay safe everybody and have a good rest of your day.

The crazy thing is that the hurricane center just raised the chances of it forming to a 100%, but they also raised the tropical wave behind it to 40% chance of it forming in the next 7 days.

The pro reporters identify systems as possible storms, yes we know what the names would be 10 years out. We can expect with some reliability which will be named. Still a high probability that Cindy, when she develops, is not the system currently on the map.
