Hi Brian, Carriacou has rain, winds out of the SE in the mid 20s with strong gusts. Multiple boats have lost their hold on the bottom. We were nearly hit by two different boats as they careened by us. We are experiencing a reversal as waves are now going out of the bay. Had some pea size hail earlier today. What a fun day to be a sailor! Soaking wet, boat bouncing, and moments of excitement as boats nearly hit you while trying to maneuver in the adverse weather conditions. Heavy mist blanketed the area that I could see, then the heavy rains burst down. It is not constant and has stopped now at 12:33 am. Some wind at times. Around 6 am this Friday morning in Tobago, within minutes heavy clouds swamped my area SW of the island. Heavy mist blanketed the area that I could see, then the heavy rains burst down. It is not constant and has stopped now at 12:33 am. Some wind at times.
I pray for safety especially for those at risk.
