    Before Gyendra Chor Desh Chod.
Now Raja AAU Desh Bachau .
    Nepali Citizens are very irresponsible.
Before they blamed Royal Family for corruptions and not doing development activities well .
    Now they are blaming politicians.
Being a Student from poor family background I feel very frustrated that instead of talking about development and creating Opportunities ,people are busy in debating on this .
My most of the friend are In foreign like Japan, Australia, Newzeland, etc for study +work and still remaining friends are trying for it and they are even trying for Arab countries.
Am I am here in Nepal with uncertain future and doing job which don't even pays minimum salary declared from Country .
And there was a time my parents used to tell about the increased price of vegetables and rice.
And now same I am realizing.
Pay the rent ,college fee and food for me and my old parents .
Its mid night I am totally frusted and depressed.
Sad to say but this nation is a total failure.
For poor people like me ,it didn't matters if there is Rule of King or Political party .
We just want more opportunities, empowerment.
    Affordable goods and services .
If I could have to afford to fly abroad ,I would never return to this country..
    Dirty games polluted this country...

if you are choosing monarchy because of the ideology "one is better than multiple kings", then i want to remind you, corruption is a human nature and cant be ended. even if he returns as a king, he will probably build ties with multiple parties to sustain his power. and in the end, it doesnt matter if snake or cat hunts the rat, the result is similar. if you really want sustainability and development, then the political competition should be built in which parties will compete who will develop more in order to rule for another 5 years. Its the secret of India's south politics which was used in development
this reminds me of my grandpa, who used to say "corruption, greed, lust and anger runs through humans, its there nature just like hunger, you cant help it. No matter how much you try to act good, you cant suppress those feelings and the crave for strength once you get power in your hands. Humans are not worthy of creatures suitable to rule the world. Its just like a monkey with a gun "

Everything well put together. Can't agree enough. Very insightful and thoughtful presentation. Not enough Nepalese who share this views. Moverover, 90% Nepali people are selfish and dishonest who don't care for bigger purpose. Most of them are focused only on their personal or family gain. Those people confidently speak for the country and no one dares to contradict because listeners are also of the same category. This situation goes round and round getting entangled without solution or exit. God bless Nepal and Nepali.

Back then when there was monarchy people demanded democracy, now there's democracy people are demanding monarchy. One thing is sure that it would be a never ending process. I'm neutral on this one. We necessarily don't need king to develop country. All we need are those people who are dedicated and passionate enough to uplift Nepal's condition and bring revolution like Balen for an example. I know there are people who are against Balen or doesn't like what's he doing but one thing Me and you can agree is that "HE'S THE BEST WE GOT".

Brother should do more research. King didn't place an emergency state. First, the Maoists attacked the then Royal Nepalese Army Company stationed at Dang which led to the military against the then Maoists secondly, the emergency state was declared upon the cabinet request led by the then-PM Deuba. The fact that the parliament was dissolved was upon request by the Deuba government on the condition that he was unable to conduct the election on time through the nation due to the Maoist insurgency and as there was rising conflict within his party he decided to end the parliament, which is a common method as demonstrated by PM Oli recently.

Democracy is just one of many political systems, and it cannot be considered the best as it has its own drawbacks. Its effectiveness depends on the specific situation and the people of the country. Different nations have unique needs and circumstances, and the choice of a political system should be tailored to those factors. What works well in one country may not work in another, emphasizing the importance of considering context and local preferences when evaluating political systems.

I have huge respect for Shah dynasty. Especially, Kings Prithvi Narayan Shah, Tribhuvan, Mahendra and Birendra. King Gyanendra abdicating his throne to prevent bloodshed is absolutely praiseworthy.
But we also have to realise that playboy princes of later shah dynasty (Dipendra, Dhirendra, Paras) were/are quite pathetic.
I would support re-instatement of Shah dynasty under the following conditions:
    1. King Gyanendra should remove Paras from the succession.
    2. Prince Hridayendra's queen should be someone from other than Rana/Thakuri families.
    3. Kings should represent all indigenous cultures and religions, not just Hindus. Nepal should equally endorse Kirat-Hindu-Buddhist religions.

Reinstating monarchy or not that is the beside the point. We need a genuine leader someone we can trust to stir us clear from current chaos and confusion as our nation seems lost its direction due to the lack of a capable leadership. People have little or no confidence in our current 3 main political parties and none of our older leaders are ready to give up their strongholds. It’s for people to to say whether they want king back or not, However, the evidence is growing and it is clear in the event of a referendum which way people would vote. Bring back our constitutional monarch 🙏🌷🙏

Could you make video on Nepal before and after monarchy from a business point of view? Like talking about ease of doing business, GDP growth, etc. Also, the freedom of speech before and after monarchy.
I think talking about monarchy from this angle gives much more clarity to people on if monarchy is good for the country or not. This video sounds like it’s propagating people towards monarchy without them knowing about the truth. Thank you!

We should just ask ourselves a simple question.
If monarchy was good, why dont we have better < ...infrastructure> now?
Eg, if we had better health care system, why people still die from a simple disease in far west?
Let try again, if we had better road networks, why people from mountains still face connectivity problems?
IF MONARCHY WAS BETTER, WHY DONT WE HAVE MUCH INFRASTRUCTURE AT THE PRESENT TIMES?

    also, Constitutional monarchy replacing President.
POV: This combo will suit this nation.

  • @Kjhgfd123
    @Kjhgfd123 9 месяцев назад +2

This sounds very counter intuitive. If you want monarchy then why is "constitutional monarchy" your main agenda? Why would you want a powerless king? Instead keep the institution of president and bring a respected non-political figure as the president.
Our problems won't be solved by a powerless constitutional monarch. Linden himself says that the prime minister will be the executive head, then what is the difference between the current system and constitutional monarchy?
I can say for certain that if monarchy is reinstated, they will not be satisfied with constitutional position and will look for excuses to hold total power pushing the nation into another pointless struggle and we will be back to square one. Our country cannot afford another "struggle" or "revolution" or "civil war" however you want to put it.
In today's Nepal, the easiest thing to sell is frustration. A lot of the "new age leaders" have very little to offer to the country but they are experts in branding themselves as an alternative.
We need a change in mentality, not the system.

No matter what monarchy will always be superior. Monarchy should have power to run the military. Everone says people were poor during monarchy. So is today. All the development we see in Nepal isnot because of republic. No time world is also changing. We export a lot. So that export of goods and ideas changed Nepal alot. Development we see now is connected to world development with time. So monarchy should return. No matter what we have to accept that so called young generation also doesn't vote to right candidate. Except Kathmandu if you go out in rural. Those who can feed and provide money wins. Power wins. So monarchy should return in Nepal. Where every decision passed through parliament regarding Nepal and Foreign policy should be passed through King. Army should be now Royal Gorkha Army.

Did you just copy pasted a statement made by some random political analyst in those youtube interviews with sensational intros.
Do you guys even know what would this mean to surrender army and power to manage the foreign relations to monarchy?
Sounds like a perfect recipe to make a dictator.
Even if our noble and innocent royals dont harbour such intentions, it would just not work due to tensions between parliament and the monarchy, two opposite institutions.
Have any nations implemented such institutions till now?
Can you provide me some examples?

    • @aryandhakal7961
      @aryandhakal7961 9 месяцев назад

Why you need example? Why can't we be example. Look is parliament able to defend the Nepal Border. By the way tell me what will be the consequences if the monarchy got the power. Somehow currently also everyone is misusing the power. Don't take everything in negative way. We all know how much King love their country. It's not scripted by the way. Just to say those line I am not like you to google and copy paste. First tell me what is Judiciary doing. What is the role of judiciary till now???????
Dictatorship is needed in Nepal. So people at least fear doing wrong. 13 time government has changed do you know that??? What does that mean everyone is fighting for themselves, chairs, their party. Who is fighting for Nepal. King Birendra, King Mahendra they are greatness.
