Is there any way to completely turn off brake regeneration if I want to just drive and coast(in Sport Mode i.e)?

How does the high setting compare to 'B'? I've read that B is the strongest regen available. Is the default setting medium? I guess if you're cruising around in low, you can always toggle to 'B' when regen is needed.
