In ecovacs n20 pro map is not aligned properly in ecovacs app and first 3 cleaning Worked properly and next day not working properly. So, we deleted the old map and setting the map again the next 2 days map and cleaned correctly and again next day facing same problem. After mapping the home clicked on save button. Here any map settings we need to do. Could you please help me out here
It's not required it's optional. Although It's better to take for peace of mind for additional 1 year if money is not a concern. I will be figuring out in coming days what is the cost of repair if something happens. If it's too high then will go for it.

Can we use this without the app ,by just turning on the vaccum manually,planning to buy it for my parents .
Is WiFi networks compulsory or hotspot is enough
Wifi is preferred. You can hotspot also but both phone and robot should be connected to same hotspot.

Can u suggest how to do map ground floor and first floor
Post mapping one floor move Robot along with charger on another floor.
From Ecovacs app create another map again.

In Amazon mentioned as Virtual Demo only still u got in-person Demo by default or you opted paid service?

Video is not clear and guider lacks to how to show step by step mapping. Complete confusion
