Oh my God. . .that is one of my favorite cars of all time. 74 and 75 were just beautiful
I bought this car sept 2019. Lowered it back where it belongs and added new wheels and tires. New shocks and springs and new dual exhaust. The first car show I put it in it won first place. Love the car and will have it forever.
Ken that is great to hear! That was such a cool Cutlass. If I remember correctly it was similar to the one you drove when you moved your family to Texas. So glad you are enjoying the car. - Dalton / Coyote Classics
Looks a lot better lowered down and I know you put the idle down 👍
If you ever have a change of heart....you have a buyer!!
I have been looking for a 74 for a while now. Nothing I have seen comes close. If you are ever interested in selling, please leave a comment here
I am watching this video because I just picked up the same exact all original 1974 Oldsmobile cutlass and it has bucket seats but it’s red inside. Original owner and she only gave it to her nephew who had it for two years and it has 80,000 miles and looks perfect. I don’t know what you paid but I got a killer deal and I am happy. You don’t see these cars much beautiful if not a little better.
My first car was a 1974 Cutlass Supreme. It was green and I had fun with it. I got it up to 85 mph on the highway.
Back in those days I had a 1974 Olds Cutlass Supreme with the 350 engine with a/c. It was black in color with the same white pin striping, however mine had a white vinyl roof and white leather Oldsmobile logo seats, with black carpets and dash. I also changed out the original Olds wheels (keeping the originals) and I got the Cragar wheels, etc. I loved that car which I proudly drove for about 10 years and sold it in great shape but with high mileage after getting married and owning too many vehicles! I only wish I’d held onto that one, and that whomever has it today appreciates it as much as I always did, and I hope it’s still around. Thanks for sparking old memories and good luck with the sale.
I love this car ! I had a black 74 Cutlass Supreme
That would look badass sitting next to my 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Brougham!! 😁
We had a 74 Cutlass growing up. We gave it to my Grandpa, it became known as the cancer car. Every time you shut the door about 5 pounds of rust would fall off. But it would run! Fast and that distinct Oldsmobile sound.
Nice cutlass ,I own a 76 cutlass salon . I had mine for 30 years. I do some upgrades every few years.
had one just like this ,mine was Cranberry red with white buckets boy i miss that car !
My dad had one of these he bought new in 1974 - it had the 455 engine , factory duals leather interior , and it would hold its own in the redlight to redlight stuff, pass everything but a gas station ,
Beautiful car this is what happens when you really take care of a sports car ( mine was a 1975 Cutless supreme Hurst The speedometer read. 120. My car speedometer would go all the way down probably to. 160 MPH. The shifter read. S S super had a 351 _4 Barrell carburetor The color was shiny baby blue with a white vinyl top swivel seats. Am FM cassette player pioneer ( Goodyear tires ) this car brought back memories thank you Joseph Madrigal Las Vegas NV USA
I had the same one your talking about same color mine had 400 turbo trans. Wrecked it one night of drinking warped the rear frame
Immaculate!!! Knew an army buck sergeant who owned an '81 model and his was clean like this one.
I had a 74 black cutlass supreme just like this ! I bought it brand new & loved it. I named her Black Beauty. Wish I had kept her
I got one of these 74 Cutless Supreme in 1980 when I was 18 years old. The vinyl roof was already dry rotted I had to remove it. The chrome frames on the little windows was already gone and my car was only 6 years old. Wow this Black one here is so amazing.
I had 2 1975's. The first one was many levels below this one it needed a lot of body work. The second one was in much better condition. I had the body work done, it was all primer ready for paint. Even the second one still wasn't close to this 74. I know exactly how clean this 74 is because I know this year like the back of my hand. Those seats with that embroidery is fantastic. I can just picture it clearly how nice this car is.
My favorite body style!
Really nice most mid 70's cars had lost their muscle look. Evidently not that Cutlass.
Sweet ride. Love it. One question though. Why is the idle set so high on all the classics you put up? Idle sounds very high on the video.
Cool car!!!😎👍🏼
Gorgeous car , had a 73 for quite some time.
I loved my 73 to it was a fun car
I had a 1975 cutlass as my first car.
Me too
Are these seventies pontiacs, buicks and chevrolet colonnade`s the next big thing in classic car world/investments?
LOVE IT !!!!!!
I had the exact car in 1977. Color and all.
Very sweet color combo and look on this olds
Nothing like bein behind that wheel of that car..they just ride like a dream..put your foot to the floor wooombahh!
How much ?
I'd love have this as daily driver, my mom had a 77 Supreme in 1986 had 350 in it was really comfortable car
God I miss my 74! Traded it for my first Mustang. I am still driving a Mustang so I started a life long love affair with Fords.
I want this car.... My first car '75 Cutlass supreme swivel bucket seats.. 😍😍😍
Had tje same. Black with white and black interior.
Swivel seats were the best
Love that Cutlass...
But I'd really rather have a Buick Regal.
hahaha
Nice I had a 74 442 black with gold stripes not really fast but they ride very nice it would whip the 80s camaro and trans am 305
Definitely been paining before but still look beautiful cut desperately need some Oldsmobile Wheels I will stagger them just like that that makes Summit Racing or something
I got to have that car.
I love this style cutlass, my favorite year if i was gonna do a restomod, not on something that nice though for moding
Cool car you don't see much of anymore. I love your videos and watch almost all of them. Could you please put the description in the title? C0002 or whatever isn't very informative.
Wow
This car comes with a Lawyer...aka...counsel :)
well how come i did not hear a price cause its not on the website..was it sold already !
Awww....nice olds.If I had the $, it would b parked next to my 77 cutlass.Good cars!
Nice! I love my 77 Olds Cutlass Supreme brougham and yes this car would look badass sitting next to it! 😁😁
Nicccce ride
I slways wanted to put a 455 rocket motor in a cutlass like this !!
I preferred Oldsmobile in the seventies and eighties. They were much sportier than their Chevrolet, Pontiac and Buick counterparts, Monte Carlo, Gran Prix and Regal. Sporty and classy at the same time. I miss Oldsmobile. I miss Pontiac too. I occasionally bought a Pontiac as well. I wish they'd kept Pontiac and discontinued Chevrolet. Discontinued Buick and kept Oldsmobile. They have GMC. Chevy trucks are a little redundant, don't you think?
i want it be my beater car,to take all the winter salt etc etc so i can still keep my impala ss 1996 off the road this winter !
change wheels to olds rally chromes; my opinion would look even nicer. aftermarket guages look tacky. love it otherwise.
You sound like Bill Murray!
So I have a question. Why is there a yellow plug near the passenger side floor. It's supposed to be an original car I don't recall Ziebart rust proofing being original equipment I call BS
You did not mention the little bits of rust in the trunk which is no big deal..
They couldn't pull a cat turd out of the litter box !! But really nice car
It is a rather nice Cutlass though
Unfortunately those 2 little nubs are rust under the vinyl t0p
How much you asking
Is the car for sale. If so how much is sales price.
How much ism very curious
What is the price
Sweet cars, but people should just leave the suspension stock, and not screw around with it
So what its just a regular cutlass film a hurst or 442 thats what we want one wheel hero
That is not absolutely original. Those wheels did not come on it and they did not set that high off the ground in 1974. So, the suspension has been altered
A lot of people put air shocks on the back which was back when they liked riding with their butts high in the air, verses now when people more enjoys lowered or normal height suspensions.
Zibarted.
Sitting to high in the front,he put the wrong shocks/springs on same with the back also I think
Those Cragars and the 4X4 stance ruined the look along with the cheap floppy gauges someone half-assed in there.
I can go $700...on it.
But you have to wait for your stimulas check,
73 thru 75 where the ugly cutlass years
Nobody wants these cutlasses
How much ?
I had my 1975 for twenty years and it drives great 159000 pid $1 for it when I got it I will post sum pics
How much?
