This method is easy first you get a 2 door car i prefer the stallion then head to red light district and let a hooker get in your car then head to the crusher then park the car next to it on the driver side then get out and get back in the car if done correctly then you should see toni stealing the car back from the hooker and the crusher will pick up the car and drop it as soon as you get in and your car will become a ghost car ( warning it will become larger and larger as you use it more and you can't re access the car if you get out and now you have to head to the tunnel leading to the subway in red light district to head to the second and third island this isn't a cheat but it's a glitch that allows you to go to the other island unless you're a cheater and love cheats in game use a blue tooth controller and activate the cars drive on water cheat easy as that.
back in the day when I played this game on PSP, I used car can drive in water cheat and went to the second island early 😂 But I guess in mobile version, we can use this method since we can't cheat in mobile version (i think you can cheat on android, but not on iOS)

Do it yourself actually before accusing "because its a glitch its fake" :/ P.S.: Another way that you can do to access between all islands is start the freeway side mission in front of the Luigi's Club or that familiar place, kill the enemy biker off his PCJ600 near your mission start, then kill your driver so you steal the enemy's PCJ600, then when you get it, repair it if need be, and just drive off the ledge of Portland onto Staunton, and you wont drown, instead fly towards Staunton then warp onto Staunton.. can do the same thing with the lift bridge between Staunton/shoreside, just don't ever lose that bike.. ever. That's your source of travelling between islands early.
