I have a senior golfer friend who spins out. One reason is he rocks back on the outside his back foot raising the front of his back foot and then can’t get his weight shifted back to his front foot. It’s a reverse weight shift. From there he does just what you described. Any suggestions to keep from rocking back on the outside of his back foot?
Exactly my problem! Perfectly explained!
