My company is not increasing the basic component during yearly hike, but only increasing the amount using some other adhoc components. I find this problematic since hra, leave encashments, gratuity are calculated based on the basic component.
for our company it's good what they mentioned they are giving except PF, Tax deduction they haven't included gratuity, One time bonus, Relocation bonus, Performance bonus. Some company is doing this type of farziwada beacuse they are not allowed to enter in campus within a certain limit.

Adding a medical cover amount in CTC itself is a wrong notion. The company is paying a premium amount for that cover so only the premium amount should have been added. The government should bring necessary changes defining clearly what CTC means.
What is the solution? Most companies offers CTC in that format only, then what’s ur point? Every year by year unemployment is growing to peak, every year it’s a new peak. Solution kaha hain? No employee can take this stand, everyone has their share of responsibility. Solution and change chahiye. Authorities should take stand & form new regulations. Otherwise this clip is just to get views, nothing will happen for good.

Sep'20 ki salary bhi nahi di. 2000 rs. jo har month kam de rahe tha wo bhi nahi diye. 2 years tak paise nahi diye. Ek din mood sanak gaya to m local police station gaya aur bola ki facebook live par m apne ko aag laga raha hu nahi to mere paise dilwao. Police ne company owner and HR ko gaali Diya caal par aur immediately thane m paise k sath bulaya. Tab jaake unhone salary di sep ki. 2000 rs. jo 8-9 month kam diya th, wo nahi diye. Maine sab baat record kar li thi, mobile camera on kar k shirt ki pocket m rakh k.
Ye saali companiyon par case file karana chahiye, health insurance ke premium ko CTC mei dalte tau samajh aata hai lekin health insurance cover CTC mei daal diya matlab company ke chutiyagiri ki hud ho gayi. Company ko cost/kharcha premium ka hi aana hai , 10lakhs insurance cover tau insurance company degi.
