What’s the difference between this Smart Pro and the Light Pro? Is it just that the light pro has a pager whereas the smart pro is completely on mobile
Exactly that yes. The Light pro is an alarm, immobiliser with pager to notify you. The smart pro is an alarm, immobiliser and full smartphone connection with tracking. You can also call the alarm and remotely disable the car.

Can you estimate when you will "announce" new pandora alarm products? (Like new elite/professional alarms or smart pro v4 that will also be working with 5G?)

Hi Nikos, no planned for any new alarms to be launched this year. All the alarms we have at present have the latest Bluetooth chips and 4G modems. There isn't much more that can be upgraded. They are already the best alarms in the world packed full of features. There are also no plans in the near future for 5G alarms as 4G is lightning quick already. Notification speed and app response are already almost instant. Adding 5G will only up the cost of the alarms itself and won't add any extra benefits. Now is the perfect time to buy.

1. Pandora Siren PS-332BT is the same with Pandora Siren PS-331BT with the addition of backup battery or not?
2. What are the main differences between the new Pandora Microwave Sensor VS-23D and the old one VS-22D?

@nikosaueb Hi Niko, unfortunately, the VS24 sensor has no launch date. I wouldn't hold your breath tho, its been in the pipeline for almost 5 years!

I bought car from dealer with pandora alarm, unfortunatelly they didn’t have pin code for deactivating/ connecting your phone to alarm system, what are my options? Do i need to refit all alarm system/ remove it? Or is there a way around it, to reset somehow?
The security code is a huge part of the Pandoras layer of security. Without this code, you will not be able to disarm the system in an emergency. The code itself is hidden under a scratch pannel on the alarms plastic membership card. For security, onky the owner has access to this. If it's not been passed onto you, the new owner, then you need to visit an authorised Pandora dealer wo will run through your options.
