AES67 will work with the latest Dante firmware update that includes AES67 compliance but only up to 24 bit 48khz. There are some hoops to set it up. You can read about it and the requirements on the Ravenna site. If you are going to do it, plan ahead before your gig and make sure you figure out how to do it ahead of time to test it. I don't recommend waiting last minute. It's not that straight forward and will take up some time the first time you try it.
that driver latency is important to me my prism and neve are great for my roland drums as a lot of people i should imagine use vsts these days at home, i hope this is the case with the mt48
How is the Fan Noise compared to the Anubis? It was such a deal breaker for many people since in a professional environment and as a interface placed on top of your desk a fan and the produced heat is not really acceptable.

Hi there! It sounds like the settings you are looking for are in Menu > Settings > USB IO on the MT48. Under the first section, Inputs Routed to Computer, you would enable the Post FX options as you see fit for what you are trying to add effects on. Doing so will display a USB Channel number group, which is what you would select in your DAW for a track input.
Hi, I'm using the Sound id reference4 to work with my headphone calibrated. The export of the calibration profile is available on the Anubis, is it also working the MT48 ?

It is somewhat difficult to remotely diagnose what exactly is causing this problem. You have connected your devices as described in the instruction manual? Have you also checked our Support page for the MT 48? Maybe you can find an answer there. If it still doesn't work, please contact our support and service team: www.neumann.com/en-en/contact/

This factory resets, but retains any presets or snapshots created. 2. On the interface, navigate to MENU > SETTINGS > EXIT, and select the REBOOT TO FACTORY option.
Please try the Firmware Rescue Mode Procedure. > Download the MT 48 Toolkit and extract the Firmware file (.MT48) > Download the MT Discovery utility on the Neumann site. > Power up the MT 48 while holding the Home button pressed for about 12 seconds (the display might stay black) > Connect the MT 48 over a network connection to your system (if the USB does not see the MT48 connect an ethernet cable) > Launch the MT Discovery and perform a right+mouse click on the MT 48 entry to “Open the Maintenance Page” > Select the MT 48 Firmware and manually update it = You might not see the screen at that time but wait until everything is updated. > Once done reboot the MT 48 = Let us know if that works.
The X32 operates with AES50, while the MT 48 uses Ravenna. I believe the issue here is protocol compatibility. With the Ravenna we are dealing with aes67. The dante can be compatible but not aes 50. We hope this helps and if you need more information do not hesitate to reach out.😊

Hello, Do you mean recording with the MT48 effects? If so, in Menu > Settings > USB IO there is a Post FX Analog Inputs option. Those are the analog inputs (Mics 1-2, Line/Inst 3-4 PLUS any eq or dynamics processing. Those get sent over different track numbers than the standard analog inputs. When you turn on Post Fx Analog Inputs, it will display four USB channel inputs, those are what you select on a track in FL Studio to record in a “wet” (effected) track.

Hi there! At launch, the MT 48 supports stereo only. However, multichannel monitoring will be supported in an upcoming update.

Hello, the internal fan speed can be adjusted in three steps. In the default setting the fan is inaudible for typical applications.

What about MIDI recording ?
The GPIO Interface can also be used for MIDI.
There is no wordclock connector on the device. How do you manage clocking with another device connected via ADAT?
Your other ADAT device usually have settings for clocking. Just use the other device as slave and mt48 as master.
