The destined fight between X and Zero after confirming Dr. Wily with his insignia everywhere.

Mega Man X5 isn't my most favorite of the series, but it was definitely one of the better experiences I've played as a kid and covered in the past. The music is just GOD TIER too, and the whole vibe of this game was something I wish it could be replicated again in the future should they make an X9.
One thing that wasn't mentioned was who you start with. Picking X at the start lets you use the 4th armor but lose Zero's range buster move (Personally the right pick really). However if you pick Zero you do get his buster but lose access to 4th armor X. Worst luck is picking Zero and losing to RNG to start the Sigma stages with no armor X........
Zero buster sucks in X5 no reason to pick him you can pick x and then play as Zero & still 100%
Thanks for pointing that out! Yeah, I never liked how weak Zero's buster was. Like, why even include it at all?
There was a lot of misinformation here... Good video though but you csn fight any boss in any order at any time. Just no reason to fight 4 of them at first. You can get ultimate armor and black zero in 5. You just have to do the level were you would fight Zero, with out armor and near the end you can jump in a pit and get the get the ultimate armor or black Zero if you play as him. You can get both by then failing out the mission and redoing it as the other hunter.
Yeah, dude seems like he's basing his opinions from online sources, reads of info from Wikia, and barely played the game in full experience.

This game was my childhood and even though I understand the hate for alia’s forced dialog and the awkward level design, I still see this video as the last X game (as it was intended) and as a huge tribute to the franchise overall, from the intro song, references to several old games, x vs zero, the final battle…

I haven't played the Zero series since they came out originally, I hope they still hold up

Whats crazy is, X5 isn't really that bad, most of the stages are pretty decent, the weapons are okay (X1 is really the only game where almost every weapon was very useful and powerful)
It has a strong foundation, its just all the mechanics that are messed up, from simple annoyances Like Alia constantly interrupting the flow, to more glaring issues like unlocking parts being so slow and the RNG screwing you out of a Zero play through. Hell even the story is fine, it's just needed better cutscenes, this game comeout in the 2000s and yet NES games like Ninja Gaiden were more vibrant in their story telling.
Yeah X5 could have been alot better if they just put some more time into it
Honestly think that the series should've ended here and pivoted to the zero series but hopefully we get an x9 to continue the story

I hate we're gonna have to wait several more videos it was before he tackles mission commander! Which arguably proves that yes we can have us a X game without the same villain over and over and over again I wonder if that's why 8 actually changed the villain?
I mean 8 almost did but still had Sigma in there unnecessarily. I'm playing Command Mission now and enjoying it so far
@@WesDoesGames Have you already recruited cinnamon or not this will tell me how much of a 0h you're having fun even after the incident with a particular boss? Because I love the game but it does have one of its harsh difficulty spikes ie Oh All the enemies in this one level will are extremely easy to take on well I'm in my 20s then boss shows up you should be level 30 then the next stage oh everything's fine at level 30 as a matter of fact I feel a little over leveled boss yeah I still feel over leveled then you face two bosses in a row ok now I feel under leveled again.

@@WesDoesGames Oh good you're in the chapter where the shop just opened up do not ignore it. All I recommend is start focusing on buying your antiviruses right now and don't use them until you see a particular boss in chapter 4. Also while spider does seem like a cool character due to how the action trigger works you don't always need to invest in the latest weapon for spider so don't feel bad if you skip weapon levels. The damage is always wildly inconsistent with the character so use spider when you believe you're needing sealth tanking and there's a better character that comes up later that works better for the job in investment skills but spider comes in handy through the arcs before you get her. This is only I'm doing non- spoils helpful tips. Ohh and I recommend you focus on trying to get three of a kind and not royal flush despite that looking like it does a lot more damage it's not as consistent as a 3 akine if you get 4 of a kind good luck that's actually more of a shocking number than you might think somehow I wonder if Capcom actually did go through the trouble of Encoding an entire deck?
