“We've been clear on how complex future stadium planning can be. One certainty is our commitment to greatly improving our fan experience while also creating a transformative and lasting impact to benefit all of Northeast Ohio.We understand the magnitude of opportunity with a stadium project intent on driving more large-scale events to our region and are methodically looking at every possibility. We appreciate the collaborative process with the City of Cleveland and the leadership of Mayor Bibb in analyzing the landbridge and renovating the current stadium. At the same time, as part of our comprehensive planning efforts, we are also studying other potential stadium options in Northeast Ohio at various additional sites. There is still plenty of work to do and diligence to process before a long term stadium solution is determined and will share further updates at the appropriate time.”

I wondered why this has been bulldozed recently. Build it and put a dome on it. This area has the infrastructure to handle it. Great idea!

The only negative I see is the hotels bars and restaurants downtown might suffer a little transportation would have to be more upscale and convenient for the public

The Browns need a dome. It would be a much much better game experience in a dome. You could take off your winter coat and relax while outside it's freezing. It would be nice to not have to freeze your ass off or get cold AND wet in freezing rain. Not too mention the restaurants and batting cages. It would be an amazing experience all at 72°. I think if the Browns are going to get the marquee players that attracts other marquee players to build championships a dome is a great incentive. But it would have to be downtown by the baseball and basketball stadiums. Either way it's going to be a huge project.
Jimmy needs to just go for it and build his own version of Jerry's world in Brook Park
For me its more location than dome or no dome. Well i live in Lakewood and the convenience of me walking to the 117th st station, takin the red line rapid downtown, no hassle with parking, i just feel like its going to be NOT so simple for me if they move to Brook Park unless they modify the line to stop near the stadium on its way to the airport. But the Browns do deserve better so im onboard with whatever they decide

Make the move, build the dome. USC can fly in from LA and play the Buckeyes, how about hosting a BIG 10 Championship. Possibilities are endless with a dome. We could actually drive to the stadium and park within a short walk to a Browns game. New Years Eve rock concert. Build it Jimmy.

A dome would be nice then there could be other events held there and possible Super bowl games which could bring extra money to the area. It's just the logistics of the location and what has to be done.We shall see what happens that's for sure

Two words selfishness, and catalyst. Come on all of us who are upper 40s, 50s and older. We've had our time. We've had the Browns for a long time. The Browns have been around since the 40s. We've had a stadium outdoor. We've had the elements we've had exactly what we wanted and they still never won a super bowl, we lost a Browns. We fought to get them back. We got another outdoor stadium. We've got what we want now. It's time to let the next generation have a dome stadium in Brook Park,.. where we can use the stadium all year round and bring revenue to the city and maybe that will act as a catalyst to spark the browns to win super bowls. Change of venue change of area change of attitude. It's exciting. I'm all for it! Football dome and Brook Park. Let's go!!!

Please give us a dome so we can use it for other events throughout the year. I have no interest in sitting in the elements. As far as downtown goes I’m all good with the airport area. Cleveland is a small city and having somewhere to park 10min from downtown works for me. The lack of development around the current stadium is a joke.

Remember to coliseum, 😊It was in a suburbs and soon as cave's left they tore down a immediately, I think it's a tub within the suburbs outbuy airport for a norse. How would you be able to announce a game? So much air traffic, what a stupid idea. In a city of cleaning, if you want a prosper, you need to build them a stadium with a doll on. 😂 insane. Lets miss out on a bunch of tax revenue and entertainment events because of “tradition” the same tradition isn’t even been good since 99’. Build a new stadium with a dome. No reason fans should suffer in negative degree weather just to support their favorite team.
A dome makes the facility useful the whole year. It keeps fans comfortable and keeps weather from affecting the game's outcome. We'd also get to host large events like the Superbowl.
