I'm not normally into cat art, but this one made me feel really warm to watch it be made and the final product. Maybe it was the greens or maybe because it spoke to my inner archaeology nerd, but whatever it is I really liked this and would gladly frame it in my house if it were available as a print.

I’d honestly buy a professional coloring book for artists with all her illustrations- on quality paper (maybe mixed media?) that could handle dry and wet mediums, especially markers!! 😍

I don't normally comment much but just had to after seeing this piece. Not only am I a crazy cat lady but green is my absolute all time favourite colour, especially the more yellowish greens. This turned out so good. I would be really interested in a colour book designed by you it would be so cool. I love how u added the ferns into the background that weren't printed from your line art. I would't worry about where you got the inspiration, Art is art and no one is without some sort of influence from somewhere. I can say, considering the limitations and the crutch, that is using all the Greens in the world; your piece of art turned out great. Theres real depth to it, it doesn't look like all of one shade of green, items stand out and plants, look like, well, plants. It most of been a good illustration, as the picture of a Kat temple attracted an actual mat, cool.
I love this piece! Green is one of my favourite colors too. Especially the grey greens...And the cats came out so cute!

I would love to have a colouring book of your pictures and if you do decide to make one I would suggest (request) making one with proper marker paper. I love adult colouring books, I mainly work with coloured pencils but am now starting to get into markers. The paper in a colouring book makes a HUGE difference and crappy paper can ruin the enjoyment of a book even if you absolutely love the artwork inside it. A book with beautiful, thick paper that you can really layer down some pencils on makes the world of difference to the experience of colouring in it.
The main reason I suggest making your book out of marker paper is because you seem to prefer markers as a medium but also because I don't think there are actually any colouring books that are specifically done on marker paper. If a book is made of say, thicker paper that takes pencils really well that doesn't necessarily mean that it will work well with markers or other wet mediums like paint but perhaps there are marker/watercolour papers that are not only robust enough to take those wet mediums but will also work with other, less specific mediums like coloured pencils?
Anyway - just a pointer from someone with an entire cupboard filled just with colouring books 😂😂

I love how you used the olives for the stones and blue greens in the background. It looks like a plausible color palette for this setting in real life. It almost looks like you didn't only use green, if that makes sense.

For the dried out markers if they are not dried out from use (just a die marker) and the ink just dried out from sitting around then you can put rubbing alcohol on them to revive them just enough until they work again just not too much or else it will lighten up the color and mess up the ink inside

Wow, I think this piece is my favourite of all the ones you’ve done so far! I’d love to see more single-colour art videos from you, or even some limited palette videos. I struggle with colour and tonal value, so it’s both inspiring and fascinating to watch experienced artists make something cohesive with limitations that would stump me.

I love drawing (or rather, painting) cats too! I really like to take classic portrait paintings and turn my cats into the people! I just finished a 15” x 20” of three of my babies in this style

You have to make this a series and do blue next.
You can revive the touch five markers with rubbing alcohal.
I did that with some of my touch fives that went a little dry. Works great.
