Recipe 1:
3 eggs.
Separate the yolk from the egg white.
3 egg yolks.
60g sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
15 g corn starch.
300 ml milk.
3 egg whites (170 g).
200 g icing sugar.
Add the sugar gradually and beat until you reach this consistency.
200 g almond flour.
It doesn't have to be very fine.
Sift well and integrate with gentle, enveloping movements.
Line a 24 cm baking tin with baking paper.
Bake at 150 °C / 300 °F for 45-50 minutes.
1 teaspoon powdered sugar for decoration, if desired.

200 grams of biscuits.
80 ml water.
50 grams of sugar.
70 grams of butter.
1 spoon of cocoa.
20 cm shape.
15 grams of gelatin powder. 75 ml of water.

120 grams of sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
600 grams of natural yoghurt.
Heat gelatine over a steam bath until melted.
Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Recipe 3:
1 egg.
50 grams of sugar.
10 grams of vanilla sugar.
15 grams of corn starch.
250 ml milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
2 eggs.1 pinch of salt. Oh! 1 egg came out with 2 yolks!
100 grams of sugar.
100 ml milk.
50 ml vegetable oil.
220 grams of flour.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
250 grams of canned pineapple.
Form with baking paper 27 x 18 cm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 40 - 45 minutes.
Powdered sugar.
Recipe 4:
Place 4 egg yolks and 2 whole eggs in a bowl.
Save the egg whites for later.
A pinch of salt.
100 grams of sugar (1/2 glass).
Beat until this texture is reached, 5-6 minutes.
90 grams (3/4 cup) flour and a teaspoon of baking powder.
Mix well but carefully.
20 cm (7.8 in) tin with baking paper.
Place in the preheated oven at 170 °C (338 °F) for 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool to room temperature.
30 grams of sugar (1/4 glass), 50 ml (1.6 OZ) of water and 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence.
Heat the mixture until the sugar dissolves.
Add 100 ml (3.3 OZ) cream and mix well.
Add the egg whites that we had reserved in a bowl.
150 grams of sugar (3/4 glass).
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Beat until you get this texture.
30 grams (1/4 cup) sliced almonds.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C (356 F) for 5 minutes.

Vous dites de ne pas faire preuve de delicatesse, en enveloppant les blancs avec la "farine d'amande", mais je vois que vous le faites avec delicatesse😽
Aucune de vos recettes n'est réalisée sans délicatesse...et personnellement, je ne fais jamais une recette par manque de délicatesse, bien au contraire😽
