I have watched several of your videos. I have made many trips to this area of Mexico. In nearly every video, not all, you show pictures of a room, that is NOT from the resort your reviewing. Its misleading and false. Not fair to people who rely on You Tube to make decisions with their vacation dollars.
@@nata4053 I saw complaints on the food. We all liked it. The restaurants were very good and the buffets by the beach were good. Nothing to complain about. Those people complaining were snobs.
We just came back from there. It is well worth the price. The only nuisance was the "presentation" where they tried to lure us into buying a vacationing package for the next 25 years. I told them that i went on a vacation trip, not a business deal, period.
When I went there, it was pretty bad. The service was horrible and during the middle of the night an alarm started going off outside (but no-one knows the cause) We just went to the XCaret park for the rest of the time
