Including salad in my everyday lunch and dinner.. eating seasonal fruits everyday. Drinking 3-4 liters of water. Clean home cooked food, basic skin care and sunscreen and you are good to go.
3 to 4 liters a day !!! can't relate cuz I drink one glass of water and spend my whole day in washroom

For a matter of fact, if we are following a healthy diet and avoiding direct sun exposure, even a skin-care routine is not required (at least in the 20s').
The glow follows naturally!
