This is absolutely amazing. I've never really been able to get into Steven Universe but you still managed to make me feel something from those clips. As for the Gravity Falls/ Over the garden wall side of things the parts you chose went so well with the lyrics of the songs. It's really rare to find an amazing a Amv as this one.

+Daisuke Yoshida I'm happy I made something you enjoy! As for the shows, you definitely have my recommendation for both, but only if you want to. It's less fun to discover a show when someone's pressuring you into it. I'll say this, though, if you are thinking of watching them you need a bit patience. Over the Garden Wall is a mini-series (as you probably know), but the really interesting bits of plot aren't revealed until the last few episodes. It's all about atmosphere and these three characters walking through these spooky, autumny woods until then. Steven Universe has gone on for a lot longer and is paced very slowly at first. The early episodes aren't bad, but nowhere near as great as the later ones and that's partially because it's sort of like how the first season of Gravity Falls only teased at the deeper plot until the very last episode, then it started getting into it more and more. You'll have to enjoy it for what it is until Steven gets more involved with the gem stuff and starts growing more and more into his role. Great shows, and they do pace their stories like that for very good reasons (it's super effective to get to the reveals), but just a fair warning.

SMKears519 Yeah, I feel that. I'm kind of at a simelar point even though I don't edit as much anymore. Honestly, I find that timing is often even more important than having cool efects. It bothers me a lot when a video has great efects but the timing is off. So yah, I like this. You did good. There's also a lot of emotion and I admire how you got all the best scenes as well without it feeling repetetive or predictable.:)

Some can get really impressive with their editing, but if it doesn't mean anything or doesn't synch well with the song it's not going to be as satisfying to watch. Then there's ones like Phantom Falls by Wolf Spirit 79 that REALLY go all out on story AND edits in characters from different shows into the same setting (go check that one out if you haven't, it's wonderful), so it depends how much the editor values story over visuals. Both can be spectacular, but if you can't do that, then it's always best to make something that matches the characters and stories. I'll look more into your AMVs when I have a chance (I clicked on the first one and already I like what I see, even though I don't know the particular anime lol). And thanks so much, those are really meaningful compliments. This song makes mixing things up really easy, because it has very distinctly different parts to it. Like how fading in and out sort of works for the start of the verses, but then it picks up after a few lines and you have to move quick with it. The song honestly did a lot of the work for me Also, I don't edit much either, actually. Between school and other projects AMVs aren't always a priority, but I'm hoping to get to work on some Gravity Falls AMVs over the holiday break. I have ten short ones I want to finish before the series finale, and I'm trying to learn a free trial version of Sony Vegas to give them something special. If I even can. +Cosmic Shadow Alt. I unfortunately don't have a set schedule for releasing videos. They come out whenever they're done, really, which is mostly because making videos isn't my biggest priority. Right now, the next video set to come out is another crossover AMV like this one, but with a lot more cartoons. That one will take a while, though, since University and my writing take up so much of time as is. Sorry I can't give you a real answer, but maybe I can update you later when I know for sure.
