Thanks Jerry for the video. I guess that I may downsize when I retire in 4 to 7 years. Still have my youngest daughter living with me. I feel like I should own a home until everyone is situated. Since being divorced I want to have a home that my kids can come to for holidays, etc. I think this tough love throw them on the streets is redic. Anyway thanks for the great videos.
