This is exactly what I needed. My Fiancé and I just started to do some research on buying a condo to enjoy for ourselves and rent it out while we are not there. I just may be in contact with you! Thank you!

@@dominator1583 we didnt make a move or anything. The prices have sky rocketed and went way out of our price range. So, in the mean time, we are working on saving and planning for the next 5-8 years on moving down. We Love Myrtle Beach, not sure if we will move there, but we are defiantly looking to move in the area. I do still dream of owning a condo there or North Myrtle.

No 1 said how expensive myrtle beach is and it's all about the tourism very inconsistent especially when tourists leave then a lot of places shut down hrs drop at work and the locals struggle😮

This is a topic I may be interested in a bit later, but not right now. I've watched your videos for some time now since my wife and I had decided we are going to retire in the Carolina Forest or the Grand Strand area. We finally found and are purchasing a house in Conway (Myrtle Trace). We will be moving ourselves from the Lehigh Valley area in Pennsylvania at the end of this year and have one minor problem. We can't expect our friends that help us load the truck here in PA to drive 600 miles to help us unload in Myrtle Trace. Is there a list of companies that will provide this type of service? I've seen some moving chains that do that but I would rather support a local company or group (like some college kids from Coastal Carolina since we're very close to there). Could you suggest any? Thanks

I'd suggest reaching out to some of the reputable movers in the area. Fairway Movers, 2 Men & a Truck come to mind instantly. You want to use them because they are licensed & Insured and know what they are doing.
