My questions are given below, please tell. 1. What does first come first serve mean in DDA? It is like IRCTC, the one who books the ticket first will get it. As soon as the registration opens, if I register first then I will get it or there will be a draw. How does first come first serve work in DDA? 2. After registration, do I have to pay the booking amount? What will happen if I am not financed and can I transfer the property to someone in my family in whose name I can get a loan, once it is allotted? 3. What are sample flats and are they shown in the same area where we book or somewhere else? Are these the same ones that we get? And when DDA gives us a flat, does it give it after completing all the work or does it leave some pending. If something is pending then how is it completed. 4. If the flat is worth 15 lakhs then is the registration and booking amount included in it or is it separate and does DDA provide electricity, water and gas connections. 5. Is house tax or any other tax levied on the property for the rest of its life or do we not have to pay any tax after purchasing the property. 6. Does DDA have any responsibility after selling the house or everything ends once the property is handed over. I hope you will solve all my doubts. 7. If 1 lakh people have registered then how will it be known that it is first come first served, how will I be able to book it and does first come first serve work in registration or in booking and why does DDA not do only as many registrations in registration as there are flats. Why does he take Rs 2500 from lakhs of people who get themselves registered?
1. Registration is a initial and mandatory step, booking starts from 10th Sept. In booking applies FCFS. 2. In loan you can add your family member as an co-applicant. If you don't pay to DDA in time. Your registration amount will be forfeited. 3. Sample flat is available in same area. DDA will handover flat after completing the work. 4. Booking amount is included, shall be adjusted in Demand letter. 5. House tax every year to MCD, Stamp duty and registration charges will be applicable while execution of conveyance deed. 6. One year repair and maintenance unless RWA form. 7. Even 50000 will not be registered.

बॉस ये बताओ कि मुझे अपने बहन के लिये LIG फ्लैट लेना है जिसमे सारी डिटेल्स(पैन,आधार आदि) डॉक्युमेंट्स आदि बहन की ही रहेगी,फ्लैट भी दीदी के नाम में ही लेना है पर सिर्फ़ पेमेंट मैं अपने अकाउंट से करूँगा।इसमें कोई दिक़्क़त तो नहीं है ना?
