Would anyone know where to find these resolved issues in the chronology of the book of Kings? Is there a website that records new biblical studies and findings?
it is physically impossible for sedimentary layers in a geological column to fall all at once in order from the least complicated organisms to the most complicated organisms in that order where certain species were only around for a certain time. If it was a global flood everything everywhere all at once would be messed up everywhere. But that is just not the case. Oh and please tell me how you solved the heat problem Dr.Barrick. Just because Answers in Genesis can explain away a few anomalies and say look it was deposited by rapid waters does not mean that there were not pre sedimentary layers before that upheaval that is why there is strata in the layers. If there was a Worldwide flood and the Earth is only 6000 years old everything would have been destroyed and there would not have been enough time to build the layers we see today. You also have to explain Ice core sample atmospheres that were inhospitable to life as we know it.
Why cant God have anthropomorphic characteristics since in Genesis it also says Adam "Heard God Walking in the garden in the cool of the evening ..."So they heard God walking in the Garden and Hid. Since God is Omnipresence, why can he not (take a body or make a body for himself )anytime he needs too?
What about women being considered property? Women were considered literally undeveloped men from what little they knew of biology back then. If there was a male son that was an adult Was his mother in authority over him if he is still part of the household living in the palace or Clan?
Note Gen 5:3 the bible uses the same language to denote that Adam had a son in his own likeness and image. This means Seth looked like Adam and acted like Adam. So then mankind looks and acts like God. This is exactly what it means. Christ is God and Man. Theophanies in the OT generally portray God in the image of a man seated on a throne as Ezek 1:27ff. or even Moses seeing God's back in Ex 34.
You know how they say we already know what you are we are now haggling over the price. That is your 25,000 year Earth. If your going to capitulate to 25,000 years why not capitulate to 50 million years?
Dr Bill... I don't for a moment get the logic of how a historical Adam is relevant - much less necessary- to God's creative activity - all kinds of religions have God creating and they don't have a historical Adam...🤔

Race is a sociological concept It would be more correct to put it as the history of humans or mankind. There are many races in mankind so there would be many histories like the concept of the 70 nations each one being assigned a God. So that is many peoples with histories with their God. Many races. Poor choice of words for someone so adept in observing the nuances in Hebrew.
The angels were already made in the image of God. God was displaying His humility and inclusion of making His creation know that they had a part to play after God created man. All angels came in the image of God as does man. Angels had a part to play ministers of God for His glory amen x God was displaying His divine nature where He displays His humility towards His creation. It cannot be the God head God is one.

If there is a high confidence about the date of the Exodus and Paul puts Abraham at 430 years prior, that would fix Abraham chronologically.
