Great video 🙏 you went over the config.cpp in a previous video, it would be really cool if you could do a video of how to write some of those for vanilla items/retextures with added attributes
Yeppers that goal is coming close at hand, got the " Image to PAA " tutorial to do and finally the " Model.cfg " tutorial once all those are done the core tool tutorials are done, so when peeps follow one of my true modding tutorials you will be able to go to these tools tutorials (or if already watch them) follow along much easier for you to not get lost and understand what I do and be able to repeat it mostly without help. If someone can follow one of my retexture tutorial ( when i put them out) and repeat it by themselves at least 60% then i'm being a good teacher ( in my eyes) hence why all my tool tutorials have time stamps for each option.

Is SMDI and AS something BI crafted themselves ? Or are they part of some outdated way of doing textures / predecessor to PBR textures ?
smdi and as are systems from the Reality Virtual game engine. so yea pretty much. far as i know
