Tour the Wyoming State Capitol with Guide Lynette West. The cornerstone for the building was laid in Cheyenne on May 18, 1887 although the city was not officially named Wyoming’s Capital until nearly a century later. Hear West talk about some of Wyoming’s important figures represented in the Capitol including Chief Washakie of the Shoshone and Ester Morris the first female Justice of the Peace.

Dr Osborne was a Free Mason, like General George Washington, but Dr Osborne was instrumental in the Building of the State Penitentiary, sorry Territorial Penitentiary, in Rollins and Big Nose George came to a very sad end because his Skeleton was put in a Barrel in Dr Osborne's Doctors Office, except for his Skull which had the top sawn off and used alternately as a Door stop and an Ashtray and Dr Osborne would say to his patients "Say Hi to George" or "Say Goodbye to George" as they arrived or left and gesture towards the Barrel, Dr Osborne is reputed to Haunt the Masonic Lodge and he seems as if he really doesn't like Women in the Lodge following them around and trying to scare them, he also sounds as if he's wearing leather souled Shoes that are shod with metal at the Heels because his footsteps are loud, they also sound as if he is walking slowly with a long stride and everyone who visits the Lodge feels like they're being watched all the time, especially up in the Temple which is still set out exactly as it would have been when Dr Osborne was the Grand Master of the Masonic Lodge and the visitors hear the loud footsteps enter the Temple room and pace across the floor towards the Masters Chair and the creak as someone sits down in it, this is accompanied by the feeling of being stared at and he shows himself as wearing a long suit Jacket that would be just above the knee of a dark grey colour, similar coloured pants and a Top Hat 🎩 but his head is barely visible...
