Three stories that underlie the essence of Wyoming. The brave and rugged tie hacks that were the lifeblood of the railroad industry, the storied Capitol Building in Cheyenne where Wyoming earned the title of “The Equality State”, and Steamboat, the turn-of-the-century Bucking Horse whose likeness we encounter every day.

Im a city kid born and raised in Chicago, but I love the videos uploaded to this channel. I've never even been to Wyoming, and know very little about it. Keep up the great work guys!

I live in Laramie and there's lots of stories about Woods Landing. A little store and restaurant and bar west of here on 230. That's why they called it woods landing, because they would pull the ties in there. I've heard tales about my husbands family and his uncle who was a tie hack. It sounded pretty nuts. They worked hard and they played even harder. Great documentary I loved it.
