Breakfast Potatoes

  • 4-6 Potatoes diced
    1/2 tablespoon granulated onion or fresh diced onion
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    Dash of salt for taste.
    2 tablespoons canola oil
    Heat the the oil in a pan on medium high. Once the oil is hot add in your potatoes. Add your black pepper, onion and salt. Give them a stir and cover for 10 minutes in medium heat. Stir them again after the 10 min is up. Then cover again and let cook another 10-15 min to soften up. Once they are soft, they are ready to enjoy!
