Servings: 11-12 pieces.
Ingredients:
Custard
- 170 ml milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/5 teaspoon salt
- 50 grams of sugar (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 25 grams of cornstarch (2 tablespoons)
Dough
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1/5 teaspoon salt
- 70 grams of sugar (1/3 cup)
- 130 ml milk
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 50 grams of coconut flakes (2/3 cup)
- 100 grams of all-purpose flour (2/3 cup)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 25 minutes.
This recipe can be made at home with simple ingredients that are readily available in stores. Enjoy!
