I think it is good there are female virtuoso's now. It was a male dominated thing. It was difficult to find a girl who could play more than simple chords. Lari is the best female guitarist out there. She can play speedy stuff, but she is more about tone
Maybe more girls and young women will notice her and motivate them to start playing. She is hard to ignore as awesome she play's
Met Lari few times. Awesome gal. Also down to earth is Nita Strauss. I think that is how you spell her last name. Hope my daughters pick the guitar as they get older.

Simply one of my all time favourite guitarist’s guitar players. Love the fact that she’s all about the melodies, the feel and simple tones. Even when she occasionally shreds, she does so in an effortless and musical way. Huge fan of the fact that she plays loads of fingerstyle too. Lario seems like a genuinely kind spirited and gentle person without any huge ego. New album has some killer bits. Long may you run Lario.

I'm a big fan of Lari's...one of my favorite things about her is the way that she smiles when she plays. It makes watching her play even more fun because you can see how joyful she is about the music that she is making. That smile is contagious. Thanks for having her on, Captain!

Great interview. I've been subbed to her channel for awhile and she's really good.
Lee has grown into a great interviewer. He asks about the people more than the gear and technique which would be the easy thing to do. Also noticed that whoever edited it changed cameras when she had to pause to find a word in English so they could edit out the pause and show her at her best. That's very thoughtful to the guest. The Anderton's team is getting very polished at production.

Just watched this. Jesus, Lari's new album Your Love is absolutely totally bloody awesome. You wouldn't guess from this interview, but this Lady shreds a rock instrumental. Her blend of tone, melody, chops, and musicianship is perfect and really uplifting. I am truly blown away by her playing. Now one of my favourite players.

We live in great times for guitar and guitarist. An artist can be an artist with the instrument. She played creative melodies well executed and shes on with the Captain. I remember going to a CHON show a few years ago and thinking 🤔 this is gonna really influential .
Mark I don’t think CHON gets enough credit for the influence they had. Obviously there were people who did something like them before but they took it and ran and we’re the first of a wave
