Love Lari's music. Lari is an extremely talented guitar player and musician. Wondering though, if Lari loves the inbuilt reverb on her Laney amp then why does she have a separate reverb pedal? Not a criticism, just a point of interest as I have a Vox amp with inbuilt reverb and wondering whether to employ a separate reverb pedal. Have asked a few people for suggestions but nobody has come up with a satisfactory reason yet. Comments?
Hey Alan! Thank you so much for your message :) The reason for Lari having a second reverb pedal is the same as most guitar players I suppose. Although tube driven amp reverb is a beautiful thing when it comes to clean tones in a controlled environment, it can get really overwhelming at loud volumes and while taking different gain stages from various pedals. For that reason, pedals provide a lot more control and fine tuning options, and that's why a lot of players take that option too. If the use of the amp's reverb is possible, then absolutely go for it. If you need more control on the fly and versatility, pedal is the way to go :) Hope this helped // Guillaume
Notice. She talks about making herself comfortable and using different tunings. I think most guitarist think “oh no, not a different tuning,” she says it makes her more comfortable. Think about that in your playing, your string gage choices, action and even learning. make yourself more comfortable by having an easier to play guitar and knowing more. If your not making beautiful music you might be doing something wrong.

What happens with her trousers??? She always wear distroyed trousers. ALWAYS!! I never saw a pic with "normal" trousers. I know that doesn't matter with her amazing guitar playing,. Since when is she playing Ibanez 🤮? I know that everybody who likes to shredder like a....... like this guitar, but I saw her most with a Strat or Tele. Is it wrong?
