That staircase is everything...
Unquestionably, my favorite of it all is the sweet little dog sitting between them, as of saying "lady you're suppose to pet me you're in my pad now, pay attention to moi"
I never would have imagined her home like this but I like it. It seems like a casual, inviting real home.
@HappyGeekChich: I concur I never would've thought her home would've looked like this. I would've pictured something more glamorous ,but also with a slight bit of edge to it. However it's refreshing to see the unexpected.

I fell absolutely in love with the blue sofa the first time I saw this video. Several years later, I'm decorating a new home and am now the proud owner of one. Full disclosure: with Covid and supply chain delays, no way was I waiting 6 months for delivery so I purchased the exact one I wanted off the floor and it was delivered in a week.
She does not age at all.
I love the layout of her house and the staircase and downstairs rooms are very neat I like this concept....I also love her furniture, super dope!!!!

Going bankrupt just means that you don’t have enough money to pay all of your outstanding debt so it ultimately gets written off. For the rich, this is a minor blemish in terms of their credit worthiness. Going bankrupt isn’t as bad as it seems.

I wonder if it’s quiet unlike the many nyc apartments I’ve rented all over nyc . Neighbor noises
view of a brick wall out of the windows..@ 1:09 (DR) and 5:53(LR). I guess that is why the art work is on the sill to distract. It also looks like french doors in the LR. Maybe an exit to the outside wall? How do you give a tour of a home and leave out the kitchen which is the number one factor to most in a home? (and bathroom). Her home is very Jennifer Aniston. (minus the artwork) Especially the fur pillows on the chairs.
Crochet Happy The main living space is on the ground floor; the brick wall is the far end of her garden/terrace space. Those are patio doors that you see leading to her outdoor space. It means she has what very few New Yorkers have in their city homes. She’s not distracting from anything. She invested incredibly well and has what is easily a $1.5-$2 million home.

A. that first apartment is NOT Stacy's. You can tell because it looks nothing like it, but that aside, Stacy lives in Brooklyn and that first apartment is in Manhattan.
B. Who cares if she decides not to wear a bra? She doesn't have to wear one if she doesn't want to, especially in her own damn home.
C. Her grey hair is her thing. You don't have to find it "cute," and you're making assumptions about her feelings about it, anyway.
D. In NYC you get used to fewer windows, especially if you live in a duplex. It's not for everyone (including me), but it's not at all uncommon (I lived in Manhattan for 6 1/2 years and worked part-time as an "on-call" babysitter so I saw a LOT of apartments).

Wow....ummmm I guess eclectic is the only word for this home. All that matters is that Stacy likes it, but to me, it looks very uncomfortable, and confusing. I'm sure Stacy is dying to do a make over on the host....

I'm really disappointed by her pedestrian art choices. Honestly, some of her word art was barely a step up from homegoods mass-produced shit.
It's her home and, as a result, her choice. Feel free to hang all the pretentious art pieces your heart desires in your own home. Be sure to make a youtube video though, so that I can leave a comment about you being a pretentious poser!

Caroline, it's always funny to me that people like you who cite being entitled to your opinion, are OFTEN ALWAYS the ones who have trouble with folks that have their own opinion about your opinion. That entitlement doesn't only belong to you, sweetie...everyone is entitled to that right, and guess what, there will be times that opinions will differ from yours!
