You need a 50 amp kelly controller,those controllers are limited to 29amps ... you could also over volt those motors and use power tool lithium battery packs in series.. I modify these crazy carts to 👍 and my 6 year old son wants to show Hert how to drive that thing 👍

Maybe some gussets to the outside of the caster brackets so they don't fold up from side load? Make 3/4 of a box to support the bracket but still have wrench room to replace worn out or damaged casters.

Hert first broke his fc then his s-13 and now he broke the xxl crazy cart and that's just on daily transmission if we go to any of the other series u can see everything hert drives he breaks including ken blocks wife's bronco(twice) if hert drives something and it doesnt break it deserves the hert seal of approval
You need to widen it lower it for more stability just redo the geometry of the stearing and you got it and maybe put some stops on the stearing so you don't over stear it I think that is what burned it out but cool thing to build for guys to play with Brad and of course your self have fun boys lol
