We are interested in remodeling our lanai in a similar fashion: 1. How do you protect it against the rain? 2. How big is the lanai? 3. How long did it take? 4. How much? 5. Who constructed it? 6. Can it be insulated and air conditioned? 7. Do you have an email where I can ask these questions in private if you prefer not to answer them on this pubic post?
