I watched your video about web shooters.Very interesting design.And I came up with the idea that if you add a regular thread to the glue stream, then you can create exactly the threads of the web, and not just glue spots.Perhaps it would be nice to also slightly cool the glue already in flight.(I think you can guess why)

If someone wants to replicate *something* like this, standard relays is a terrible choice. Relay's contacts wear out quickly if you turn them on and off rapidly. Go for a solid state one, or just a simple mosfet given that it's dc power. :)
