I’ve watched many RUclips videos and read gardening books but you are the only one that truly breaks it all down to a level that’s easily understandable and relatable without dumbing down or talking down to us from a lofty perch. Enjoy that you use colloquial terms for trees and plants with occasionally their scientific names as most of us would not recognize the horticultural names. I’ve learned more from you than all of the gardening books that I’ve read and videos from others that I’ve watched. Thank you Jennifer.
Wow! Thank you so much for this amazing comment! Hearing that my videos resonate with you like this honestly makes my day. I really try to keep things simple and relatable, so knowing it’s helping you connect with gardening means the world to me. I’m so grateful you’re here and watching 😊 thank you for taking the time to share this. Happy gardening!
True gardener! awesome video content! I have rocks and shell everywhere and until my canopy grows in I'll be able to add plants that will survive. Thank you for sharing 🥰
What many people don't take into consideration is the tilt of the Earth and how drastically the light rays change as you go from summer into winter. Some shaded areas during summer will get hammered with hot sun during "the winter" part of the year due to the position of the sun. The sun is WAY lower during these late months as opposed to the summer, which passes by directly above us.
Thank you so so much for your kind words 😊 I use the dark brown cocoa mulch. It’s a hardwood mulch. Lows has a dark brown very similar! I hope that helps!!
What is the name of the palm (or looks like a palm) you have during 2:22minutes on. The slim young one next to the aglonema and the one on 18:49minutes. Please, thank you
Hello, I need a recommendation I have a palm tree inside for the winter, im in PA. I have these little nats coming out of the soil. Is there any good safe chems to kill them ???? I am using water, dawn dish soap, vinegar mixture to collect them in a tray. It is working, but I need more. thanks Todd

Is there a variety of croton that can handle the bounce back of a wall?

Thanks for watching True Gardener! 😊
Great tips, Jennifer! The background music is distracting, though.
Thank you! I’ll keep that in mind for future videos 😊
