My ward was terminated after 2.5 months of training from Air India just because she could not clear one assessment. No second chance given nor was she shifted to a fresh batch. 50k security deposit was also forfeited.

I can't pass your vidéos without like them your vidéos deserve 1m of likes. Please à question I have just visited the site of quatar and I saw that they changed the qualification of the job I think that there will be à à group discussion involved in the test of quatar like emirates . Is this true ?
The qualification for Qatar is still the same and currently in India, they have no GD

Good Morning Mam, Can you please tell me Qatar Airways training period and are we allowed to take leave during training period or change the date of training period. I am currently pursuing my degree and last exam is in month of June.
You can not take leave for the first 6 months which is your probation period but you can request to delay your date of joining .
Ma'am can you make a video about how much stipend the airlines pay during the training period and about the accomodation.
None of them provide you with accommodation but the stipend is usually between 15k-18k .
You missed Jet Airways and SpiceJet airlines
SpiceJet asks for 2.5 Lacs for their training fee. Thats the highest amongst other Indian Airlines.

Hey, thankyou so much for this informative video ma'am! It's a great relief to know. However, i am still confused. Is this the only amount that we have to pay? I am asking for Indigo Airlines. According to my research, i found out that the 'training fees' is 1.5 lakh that has to be submitted on the day of joining training itself. So, is that 'training fees' and this 'security deposit' that you're referring in this video same? Is the amount 1.5 lakh + 50k =2lakh or it's just 50 k overall?

But still no response from Qatar airlines HR. Also I applied for the position of "Cabin Crew". I saw my candidates profile status is screening pending external and internal. Also I Applied in Emirates airlines as a "Team Leader air side Transportation operation". My Application status is under assignment. From this application status of mine, do you understand in your experience, can I get a job in Qatar or Emirates Airlines? You get 3 chances if you fail. After the 3rd attempt, your contract is terminated

May I know what happens if you breach contract and leave the company before 3 years? What are the consequences and what amount has to be paid? Thank you and looking forward to your response
There is some amount that you have to pay as a penalty but tbh there is no law and no one is going to drag you to court or sue you for anything.
Many people leave for good that too for a rival airline and nothing really happens but if you can then do serve proper notice period and contracts as you will loose things like relieving letter and experience letter too.

Nothing is tough if you study properly
No mam my sister also got selected and she is in her training but air india charged her 1.5 lakh as a deposit
It has changed now the new batches are not being charged the same.
