You guys need to walk into the half baths and the secondary bathrooms just pointing at them and showing them from the hallway is not adequate. You also need to show the pantry space and slow down.

When you state the prices of the homes, does this also include the lot fees/cost? Seriously looking at relocating to the Houston area!

Great question! When we mention home prices, they typically refer to the cost of the house itself and do not include the lot fees. However, if you’re looking at homes in a community with HOA (Homeowners Association) fees, those could add additional costs on top of the home price. Lot costs can vary depending on the location and type of property-some lots are included with the home price, while others (especially in master-planned communities) might have separate fees.
Are you looking at specific areas or neighborhoods in Houston? We’d love to help you navigate that and give you a clearer picture of the total costs! 😊 You can also email us at Houston@realagentnow.com or call us at (832) 201-8518. We'll be happy to provide you with all the information you need! Feel free to reach out, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

It's understandable to feel uncertain about moving to a new city, especially one as large and sprawling as Houston. While it’s true Houston covers a massive area, it offers diverse neighborhoods, activities, and communities that can cater to singles and help you feel connected. Here are a few thoughts:
Pros for Singles Moving to Houston:
      Variety of Neighborhoods:
Midtown and Montrose: Great for young professionals, with vibrant nightlife, dining, and cultural scenes.
The Heights: Trendy, historic, and walkable, with plenty of coffee shops and boutique stores.
Downtown: Perfect if you want to live close to work and enjoy concerts, sporting events, and urban living.
      Social Opportunities:
Houston has a variety of social groups, meetups, and events, from fitness classes to cultural festivals, making it easier to meet new people.
Volunteer opportunities and professional organizations can also help you network.
      Cost of Living:
While housing is more affordable compared to other major cities (e.g., Los Angeles or New York), Houston's size means you can find something that suits your budget and lifestyle.
      Cultural Diversity:
Houston is one of the most diverse cities in the U.S., offering plenty of cultural events, festivals, and food options.
      Transportation:
While Houston is car-centric, some neighborhoods like Midtown, Montrose, and Downtown are more walkable or bike-friendly. Rideshare services and public transport can fill in the gaps.
      Things to Consider:
      Sprawl:
It can feel isolating if you don’t live in a central or social neighborhood. Picking a location closer to work or places you plan to frequent will help.
      Weather:
Summers are hot and humid, so prepare for that if you're not used to it.
      Community Building:
Moving alone requires effort to build a network. Joining fitness classes, hobby groups, or social organizations can ease the transition.
If you'd like, I can help you identify neighborhoods that fit your lifestyle and budget or suggest activities to help you settle in. Houston has so much to offer, and with a bit of planning, it can be a great place to call home! 😊 Send us an email so we can better assist you - Houston@realagentnow.com
