- Make some metal earrings with me! ( I am a little sick hence scratchy voice )
What you will need to make these:
Textured metal sheeting from @beadworldnw I am using the brass plates from Bead World in Seattle. available on their Etsy site or call them to order online
Disc cutter this makes the circles ( @amazon seems to have best pricing
Metal punch, Eurotools 1.25 mm ( hand held)
Permanent marker for hole punch spot
Ear wire, assorted beads and gold ball head pins
Directions:
when you know what size earrings you want select coordinating spot on disc cutter. (you want to maximize as much space on your sheet as possible)
I found after making a few pairs. It’s better to have the texture sheeting side facing down
Using a metal working hammer punch 2 matching size charms with disc cutter
Punch holes through charms with 1.25mm punch tool at the base to create holes to add beads to and one hole at the top for ear wires.
you can also add liver of sulfer or patina to this metal, as it is raw, to change color of metal
Add beads to charms with 3mm gold jump rings and ear wires at the top and you’ve made some fun earrings!

Thank you so much. I really appreciate it! Thank you for the support.🩷
Hi, I enjoyed your video. My question is: Once you cut out the pieces of metal, do they have sharp edges?
They don’t have a sharp edges with a disc cutter.
Thanks so much. I think I want to try this.
Are just the already punched discs available? I don’t think I want to invest in a disc cutter and all those tools, but would love to get some textured discs!
You can find a hammered or textured charms on Etsy
