Apparently yes but I personally can not confirm. I see a lot of people are reporting it's "bugged". The main requirement accordingly to the quest rewards is not to let her read the letter and as I'm aware the second option is the one that actually rewards it: "Convince him that he's a clone created by the FIA." as I've noted in the video.
@@peteplayed i chose the sister option and only received bat and bike. I believe the bat is given for both options and that the letter gives no reward.
@@xilant7 Yes, as I said should you let her read the letter you will not receive any rewards, period. Also not sure if you are, but as mentioned if you are not a female V you can not get the tank top at all.
