  • 10 years living in the US later, I am finally a US citizen! On this episode I reflect my thoughts on it, and what I have planned for my future within the US. This one is a short one but I think really summarizes the way I feel about my move to Miami at 10 years old and how it has affected me and my relationship between Europe and America.
    Hope you enjoy :)

Congratulations on your citizenship, Wow! great podcast! As someone that have lived in the U.S for my entirety of my life, I feel very opposite and not liking the direction the U.S. is going, I use to live in Miami back in the 90's and early 2000's as a kid, I enjoyed my childhood there. When time went on I revisited Florida, I felt very disconnected with the South Floridian culture and wasn't crazy about moving back,.... while I had moments moving back.... I was glad I didn't and ended up staying in Georgia State. After coming back from France over 2 weeks ago I felt more European than American, it's crazy to think this way, it's the truth, America's Golden years are far from over. The way its going for anyone starting a family, its not easy to start a family in the United States.
