My favorite style of light. Sofirn made one just like this a few years ago but it was discontinued. Glad to see this option... I'll buy a couple spares.
it's a bummer they discontinued they Wowtac A2S but Thrunite probably prefers the margin they get on the TH30. Both great headlamps if you want the higher power option. I'm gonna try one of these for working in confined spaces where you shouldn't need the higher lumens/throw.
FYI icon released their version of the knipex twin grips. Would love to see a comparison.
I hate that all the nice flashlights have 30 modes no one ever uses
can't find the data, but expect ~150 lumens for more than 2 hours and ~77 grams with the battery. ~.
I weighed it with the battery.
oh? ~135 and ~57 in that case@@lastbesttool a useful little thing there isn't much need for more around the campsite usually
Looks very similar to the Olight Perun 2. How would you say it compares in brightness and run time?
They do look similar, I am curious about the differences in run time as well. The olight has magnetic charging and a red mode but other than that they seem very similar.
Tbh it looks like a Wizard pro rippoff
I bought that light. If it actually produces 1000 lumen, I'll eat it. Mine was marginally brighter than my ancient Petzl Tikka 2 headlamp, rated at 70 lumens. Charitably, it might be 150 lumen. On turbo mode, it's bright-ish, but how long does that last? TWO minutes, before it steps back down to Tikka 2 territory. The user interface made no sense to me, and at times the light wouldn't come on at all. What a waste. I sent it back to Amazon.
