Came here because new to ThredUp, and I didn’t understand why so many shoes were “assorted brands.” Honestly, I wondered if that was a brand name I wasn’t familiar with. Not interested in reselling but having high-quality items for myself. Great info. Tips I did not think of that will really help me out.

Thanks for helping me think about this in another light. I always get upset when the title my items 'Assorted Brand" just bc they dont know what it is. I do miss out on $ when that happens but at least I can be doing this method to make my $ back. Thanks again.
Always contact TU if they mislist your item. Even if it has sold, they often will try to offer some compensation.
Yes they have a chat option that they usually respond to pretty quickly, be sure and tell them which brand it actually is if they mislabel it so that it's not undervalued :)

Love all your videos! I Learned so much watching you. Had a question. I found a NWT Emilio Pucci 100% Silk Dress at my thrift store. I’m not familiar with the brand but I feel like it’s a good brand! What platform would you sell it on? Any feedback would be appreciated.
I'm prob not the best since I only sell on Poshmark! Designer items do tend to sit on posh for me so I would def ask another reseller who sells on multiple platforms. Sorry not much help
None of those shoes are wood soles. Quality stacked heels are leather, and so is the sole. You can't flex your foot in wooden soled shoes. Research it
