So….. whatever happened to the free-loading-chicken, egg holder ?? Lol. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I loved the Hold Your Horses project. I enjoy Heather and Henry and am happy that you two got to meet and are in each other’s lives 😍😍.
You and Heather are two of my favorites! I always have a hard time picking my favorite thrift flip but I agree, the easel is fabulous! You could use it to hold a cookbook, a plate, an iPad or even artwork. Very versatile and beautiful!
My favorite was the brass easel and I’m kind of regretting letting you drag that one home! 🤣 I think you should keep that one for staging…it’s needs to be a staple! Thank you for sharing your influence with me! ❤️
I love Heather's channel...she's a GA gal too! Keep the easel! Enjoy it and put it in your booth later. Love the DIY green; it showed more of a lime color after you sealed it. Looking forward to Mondays flips!
My favorite is the brass easel!!! PLEASE KEEP IT!!! I think it would be amazing in your studio, it could hold your logo, be used to stage or use to decorate!!! I’m so glad you went through all those hurdles to bring it home…however, I’m so sad about your purse!!! Also, LOVE that you are collaborating with Heather, makes my creative heart so happy!!! Two of my absolute favorites!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I like how the horse turned out, and hold your horses is a true Southern saying which seems to be commonly used in a lot of areas of the States. I'm in MO-KS and it's always been part of certain people's vocabulary, including my own! Sonnet, that easel is beautiful. I think you definitely need to keep it yourself. Besides it's beauty, it's a great staging piece but more importantly, it's a momento of your conference trip and meeting Heather! You will always remember that day every time you look at it! OOOH, the dragonfly, swoon! I really liked the other two pieces, too. Great job!
I actually loved the colander with the legs. The color was so great on that piece. It sounds like you had a great time in Florida, Sonnet. So happy you made a new friend!
Sonnet, everything came out great. Love, love the easel, if I were you I wouldn’t part with that one❣❣Thank you for doing such good tutorials. You explain the process so clearly.
The easel was great, but my favorite was the yellow bird. I really liked the colors. All of them looked really nice. The staging really also made the pieces pop. Thats what I really need to learn is staging and how to set up a pop up booth without it just being items set up on a table. Anxious for the live on Monday.
As a horse partner ( not “owner”) of a horse, that I’ve had for 20 yrs, I am so. In love with “Hold your horses!” Everything is beautiful though! I love your work!
My favorite was the easel. The first thing I thought when I seen it was I would paint it white, so I love it. And a tip on the decoupage is, when applying the paper, instead of using your fingers to rub, use a piece of saran wrap on top. Then you can rub and smooth out all the wrinkles by rubbing on top of the saran wrap and your paper will not tear. It works miracles when decoupaging with tissue paper, rice paper and printed copy paper. Thanks for sharing!
Ok. Yeah… that easel was beautiful. But it turned out so good. I think it now fits into more peoples decor. I am new to your channel. I was sent here from Heather’s video. Glad you guys hit it off and got together for this. I’m a new subscriber now.
You are so talented young Lady! If I had been at that Goodwill and we both spied that easel at the same time, well it wouldn't have been pretty. I'm 73 years old and my knock down drag out days were over years ago. Shoot, I can't remember if those really happened. Now you just keep on being your sweet self and I will see you Monday.😄
Love them all but “hold your horses and the dragon fly platter are my favorites!!!!they are a must do for me, since I’ve been a horse lover my entire life.
Lol Pennsylvania here and we always said as a kid hold your horses 😂. Thank you for sharing these great DIY’s they turned out great. Now I know what I can try with the horse and hound mould.
Loved the bird! Loved the color you chose for it. All great flips. We also say.”Hold your horses” here in New Jersey so I laughed out loud when you put that saying on the plate. 😆. Does anyone NOT say that???
I love that platter with the bird on it. For me personally. I love the old vintage/antique look, but i personally like things less distressed and more new looking for the period, with maybe a couple months to a year's worth of use. But love the idea's and watching how everyone does things. Right now i am homeless, while taking care of my elderly mom.. but someday I"ll have a home again to decorate. I love thrifting, but can't buy furniture or things yet... still I do pick up a few patio planters, and things smaller to keep until that day. : )
I loved all 5 projects, Sonnet‼️ Especially the colander, so stunning 😍 Thank you so much for sharing with us and always being such a huge inspiration ❣️
Look forward to Monday...it's my birthday sooooo I'm getting a double blessing see you live!!! ❤️ I loved the 5th flip putting the legs on it really changed it up, so cute and that color green!!!💚💚💚 See you Monday, thanks for doing on my birthday 🥳🎉🥳
I just LOVE that easel. It looks amazing. I'd be keeping it for myself! My other fave is the green colander with the chunky legs. Those legs are perfect for it! I myself LOVED the yellow bird as is, but the blue color was nice with the yellow peeking through. Beautiful job on all of the projects, Sonnet!
I don’t understand why people freak out when something is painted, particularly metal. That paint can be removed by the next owner if they choose. Do what you choose to do, you bought it, it’s your choice. It looks beautiful painted, I’d keep it if I were you 😊
These were all great! Loved the "Hold your Horses" because my mom always said that to me. LOL You made great choices and loved the legs on the steamer bowl. They were not too big, just right. The bird was great and liked the collaberation with the other friend you shopped with. She had great ideas also.
I love all of these what great finds and flips so glad you had a wonderful time on your trip as hard as you work to get the DIY‘s out to us I am sure that a break was over due Thank you for all of your inspiration and Hardwork God bless

Keep keep keep the easel!!! It is! Oh I like the dragonfly tray a lot.
Love the easel painted white and distressed. I'm not a huge fan of brass on its own. But that's just me.
My favorites were the dragon fly and the little colander but the others were so nice too. Love watching you create.
The easel was great, but my favorite was the yellow bird. I really liked the colors. All of them looked really nice. The staging really also made the pieces pop. I'm truly inspired by both you and Heather with transforming silverplate. I have oodles of it in need of DIYing!
