Hey, the red lights is not to calm the fish but to help us see. The trick is to turn off all the lights in the house, make it pitch black if possible and turn on the red lights, fish are not able to see red light. This way we can see the fish but they can’t see each other and hopefully that helps the new fish get used to the tank before the lights go on. Congrats on the new tank.

That's a beautiful tank, that's a great upgrade! I love the IM tanks especially the lagoon style myself. Something about being wider and shorter looks more appealing in my eyes compared to those taller tanks.

Calloplesiops Altevellis or Calloplesiops Argus, I have an Argus, a very relaxed fish but would advise to keep one only if you have a calm fish population and a lot of hidding spots it likes to hide under ledges. Love the new tank btw !!!
Looking good bro. The red doesn’t calm the fish down. You’re supposed to add the fish in the dark and the red light helps you see the tank but the fish can’t see red. That’s all it does..

Get a few fairy wrasses to add some colors! Exquisite, Orange Back, maybe a Pintail?
I love acanthos and clams. So they would look dope for sure BUT it also looked so nice and clean with so much free sand space. It gave it depth.

One does not simply buy a lagoon from IM because no one has them in stock.
