RECIPE
6 slices white bread, crusts removed and, quartered
scallions to taste
1 pound shrimp, chopped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (i used kewpie)
sriracha to taste
1/2 teaspoon aminos
couple pinches sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
spicy mayo for dipping
