I was talking to a friend in Utsunomiya and his is something he said - "We can't go to our favorite spot right now, they won't allow 6 people or more. The main train line has been suspended for now, so you need to take a different railway. The store you loved to visit closed down. The main temple that we tend to visit requires one visitor at a time....."
