I’m over 5 months on this journey and I’m 17. I’ve changed so much in this time, my physique is looking good and my mind is strong and clear. I’ve gotten to the stage now where I’m ready to get a girlfriend but what I’ve noticed is that not only do you have to learn a different approach to talking to girls but your energy is so different to every other guy they’ve been approached by. Koen I'm almost 2 months into semen retention and for the first months it was great, I was energetic, motivated, ambitious, and had an enjoyment for working. 2 months in and i believe i have a flatline, I'm mentally exhausted and i cant study after work which i could of done easily a month ago. I have mental fatigue as in every time i try to focus on studying watching videos or reading i get exhausted / sleepy plus i have minor depression and don't feel like doing anything all day. Is this normal? - I've been using pornography for 15 years but never been super addicted to it, i was only addicted during my teens and early twenties.
When i feel like relapsing i simply eat a chocolate bar and later think that taste of a good chocolate is only in the mouth and not after you swallow it. Sounds weird but it helps me very well
This is all personal preference, you can cycle it in a healthy manner, and before the act you decide wether or not to bust. You can also practice sex without busting.
