Finland and France were my winners, they were having a fun time in their language. Belgium could've won too.
I feel sorry for Finland and Slovakia, and I though The Netherlands were quite good as well.
Sweden, Malta, Belgium, Iceland. These countries were as good as Germany I think.

Lots of great songs that did not make it to the final (e. g. from Norway, Slovakia, Latvia, Malta, Poland), but on the other side too overrated entries like Germany and Belgium.
