MIND THE GAP merges music of different genres, styles, and eras, through group improvisation and composition to create never-before-heard combinations of sounds and moods. Dvorak crafted his masterwork "The American Quartet" after hearing music of Native Americans and African American spirituals. What would he have been inspired by had he come to America in 2019? Performed live on Gather NYC series at Subculture.
